Connectivity marketplace platform Connectbase has acquired Network Capacity Solutions (NCS).
NCS specialises in telecom and data centre inventory management software.
Connectbase said the acquisition marks a pivotal step in its mission to digitally transform the connectivity and digital infrastructure marketplace.
NCS will allow inventory management capabilities to Connectbase’s existing buying platform for data centre operators and service providers.

Financial details of the transaction were not shared.

Headquartered in Massachusetts, Connectbase connects more than 400 service providers with their channel partners for digital transactions. The company says it has locations across the globe.
Founded in 2012, NCS serves numerous data centres, dark fibre operators, and network service providers.
