Marco Zaffalon

Marco Zaffalon is a Professor and Scientific Director at the “Dalle Molle” Institute for Artificial Intelligence. His research interests are in machine learning and in probabilistic and causal inference. Prof. Zaffalon has extensively published research papers in the main AI venues, and has worked with international companies such as UBS, Mastercard, and Novartis. He is a co-founder of Artificialy, an innovative AI-solution company based in Lugano, Switzerland, where he holds the position of Chief Scientist.
