Accenture has acquired CS Technology with the aim of expanding its cloud-first infrastructure engineering capabilities. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CS Technology is a technology management consulting firm and provider of digital transformation services.

The company offers a broad range of cloud infrastructure engineering capabilities with strengths in the areas of cloud strategy and migration, data centre and modern workplace technologies. According to Accenture, the addition of CS Technology will boost Accenture Cloud First’s capabilities in hybrid infrastructure engineering.

This will enhance Accenture’s portfolio of cloud services, which is aimed at helping clients take full advantage of the cloud and distributed edge computing platforms and executing the best strategy to optimise the return on their cloud investments.

Established in 1992 and with headquarters in New York, CS Technology has offices in London, Melbourne and Sydney.
