Accenture and Aramco Digital Forge AI Partnership

Aramco Digital, a subsidiary of Aramco focused on technology and digital innovation, has partnered with Accenture to drive generative AI (genAI) advancements and strengthen digital skills development in Saudi Arabia. This collaboration is set to support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative by scaling the adoption of gen AI and addressing the nation’s evolving digital talent demands across various industries.

As part of this partnership, Aramco Digital will harness Accenture’s AI-native LearnVantage platform, which leverages a gen AI recommendation engine to offer tailored learning experiences.

This platform will provide personalised learning paths, skill gap assessments, and certifications and align individual capabilities with broader organisational and national objectives. Additionally, the cloud-based platform will integrate an array of Arabic—and English-speaking mentors and trainers from Accenture, including key figures from industry and academia.

Accenture’s comprehensive platform aims to equip Aramco Digital’s workforce with both foundational and specialised AI knowledge, including the responsible use of AI. This initiative is part of Aramco Digital’s ambition to become the leading provider of generative AI services within Saudi Arabia.

“Generative AI is set to transform our business landscape and workforce,” said Tareq Amine, CEO of Aramco Digital. “By partnering with Accenture, we are not only preparing for this transformation but positioning ourselves to lead it. Together, we will provide the skills and solutions needed to serve the Kingdom’s workforce and drive forward Vision 2030.”

The partnership will also extend beyond Aramco Digital, as the two companies collaborate to enhance AI fluency across other organisations in Saudi Arabia. This effort seeks to build the talent base needed to navigate the rapid technological advancements shaping the future.

“Our partnership with Aramco Digital is a key milestone in strengthening Saudi Arabia’s workforce with future-ready skills,” said Omar Boulos, CEO of Accenture Middle East. “We are committed to supporting the Kingdom’s digital skilling initiatives and enabling organisations to become creators of talent.”

Kishore Durg, Global Lead of Accenture LearnVantage, added, “The AI-native LearnVantage platform will play a crucial role in accelerating digital skills and ensuring effective learning. We look forward to delivering innovative solutions that help forge a future-ready workforce in the Kingdom.”
