The integration with Teams is the latest addition to dozens of applications and more than 150 data types that Behavox supports for customers to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

As part of an ongoing partnership and collaboration with Microsoft, Behavox enables customers to analyse their chat data from Microsoft Teams, including direct messages, public and private channels, in-meeting chats, and attachments. To achieve this, Behavox connects to Microsoft Teams by using the Microsoft Graph API, the most secure, robust and seamless method of integration endorsed by Microsoft.
