Helpshift launches its integration with Discord, the popular talk, chat and hangout platform favoured by the gaming community. Helpshift already powers best-in-class player support for the world’s most popular mobile games made by leading global publishers like Glu Mobile, Jam City, and Playrix. Now, Helpshift’s Discord Extension is the first solution built for game publishers to extend conversational and automated player support beyond the game, into their Discord channels.
The announcement follows the news earlier of Helpshift being named a Unity Verified Solutions Partner. The integrations are part of Helpshift’s broader strategy to modernise support and retention experiences for the consumer mobile era, focusing on giving users and players the fast, always-on help they expect, and making it easier for game publishers and studios to deliver world-class player support inside the apps.
